Lekker Lupine was door WUR organisatoren van de Rethink Protein Challenge gevraagd om onze case toe te lichten tijdens een college over triple layered business model. Niet alleen een mooi platform voor ons, maar ook super leerzaam! Daarnaast komen we in contact met een hele mooie doelgroep: studenten die vanuit de hele wereld nadenken over de eiwittransitie en met innovatieve oplossingen gaan komen!

In this workshop Lisa Ploum (StartHub Wageningen) will provide you with stepping stones to get acquainted with the Entrepreneurial Way of Working and the 3P Business Model Canvas.  Along the way Marieke Laméris will share the insights from Lekker Lupine.

Rethink Protein Challenge:
In the ReThink Protein Challenge students from all over the world are challenged to come up with a business idea or prototype that helps provide 9 billion people with enough protein in a way that is healthy, affordable and sustainable for our planet. Student teams need to submit a business idea or prototype that offers an innovative approach to meet human protein needs, related to one or more of following themes:

• new protein sources;

• new protein foods;

• processing efficiency (incl. conversion);

• services or (social) interventions that accelerate the protein revolution
